Communication Plan for LC Uppsala

Student Groups

   1. Business
   2. Social Science – Human Resources + Media and Communications
   3. Political Science

Communication channels

Lecture Batches – all 3
Webpage – all 3 (general info for every type of student)
Facebook – all 3 (general messages like twitter what happens within our different roles)
Student fairs – all 3
Posters – all 3 (different messages)
Info tables: Business and Social Sciences (no good response from political science year before)
Brochures: Business and Social Sciences
E-mail marketing: all 3 ?
Student newspapers:
                    • UF towards Political Science
                    • ERGO towards all 3

              Clothes when promoting
                          Business: formal clothing
                          Social sciences / Political Science: informal clothing (Aiesec T-shirt?)

Messages

To Business students:

              On posters: “Business contacts”, “Get those practical experiences the corporate world is looking
              for in the labour market”

              On JD’s and at LB’s: “Selling process experience”, handle business contacts on a professional
              level”, go to networking meetings”

              Info tables: something like Nintendo Wii to attract business students to the table.

To Social science and Political sciences students:

              On posters: “Apply your theoretical knowledge on to reality”, “Get those practical experiences
              employers are looking for in the labour market”

Social Science students:

               On JD’s and at LB’s: ”practical HR work such as, recruitment process, selection process,
               matching, intervju techniqes, evaluation process”, “knowledge about international business
               conditions”

Media and Communication students:

               On JD’s and at LB’s: ”webpage publishing”, “brand management”, “journalism”, “public
               speaking”

OC team will probably be marketed for at info meetings and NOT during LB’s in order to keep
the LB’s as focused as possible and stay out of confusion.
