Who is eligible for a business library card?
Businesses and non-profit organizations in incorporated Arlington
Heights are eligible for business library cards. Up to three
employees may be authorized for services and materials.
How do I apply for a business library card?
Submit your request on your business stationery with the names
of three employees authorized to use the business card.
You may apply at the circulation desk in the library or by sending
your request to: Circulation Services Department, Arlington
Heights Memorial Library, 500 N. Dunton Ave., Arlington Heights,
IL 60004.
