3.  The comparator is a circuit that compares two 4 bit
binary numbers.
 Let A and B are two binary numbers. The output of
the circuit tells us
A=B or A<B or A>B

5. First let A and B are same
A=1010 B=1010 (here A=B)
Now Let A is less than B
A=0011 and B=0100
Let A is greater than B
