13.  Me: Sir, How many years of experience..?
 Sir : we worked in ECS before 12 year.

14. Me : Sir, what is your role in this club and from
how much time you are working in this club?
 Sir : I am right now PRESIDENT of this club and I
joined this club when I was in college and with that I
started to play basketball. And I improved my game
and played in JUNIOR INDIA TEAM. And at that
time I was the alone player from Gujarat at that time.
And in 1987 I started work as a president.

15. Me : Sir, how did you get in custom job?
 Sir : I would like to say thanks to my game, by the help
of it I got this job. First I got job in SBS bank and later
on as the requirement came out I got the chance to play
for custom department.

16. Me : How do you consider your work ??
 Sir : 1) as a goal => 2) as a vision
3) as a challenge 4) as an opportunity
I consider it as a opportunity and I am using it
very well. Because , by this job I can give my daily time
to my goal and to my juniors so that I could motivate
them and spend my time to take my juniors for the big
achivment.

17. Me : sir, what are the qualities to become
successful ?
Sir : To become successful we just have to do our
work very obediently and without any excuses.

18. Me : Did you get any hurdle or any challenge that you
feel I can’t handle this?
 Sir : Without struggle there is no success.
 Me: Sir, do you believe in reward for any work??
 Sir : No. I never tried to play the game or did my job for
reward.

19. Me : Now I would like to ask about your job, that how
do feel about your custom job??
 Sir : See I am fully satisfied with my job. I think I get
this opportunity and I am using it very well. Because ,
by this job I can give my daily time to my goal and to my
juniors so that I could motivate them and spend my time
to take my juniors for the big achivment.

20. Me: sir, at last I would appeal to give your
message or advise to the youth or for
upcoming generation.??
 Sir: yes ,sure I would like to say that
without any perfect goal you never get
success and if you selected your goal just give
your atleast or atmost time towards it and do
a hard work with smartness. And come
forward with a team spirit.
