of the State Veterinary Services in Sri Lanka in relation to the
emerging challenges of a State Veterinary Services;

discuss the weak linkages, hiatuses, gaps and any other areas
of aspects where improvement and strengthening of such
legislations are deemed necessary inclusive of improvements
to the implementation and enforcement machinery; and
