Baked Apple
Core an apple by using a knife and the tip of a vegetable peeler to dig out the core without cutting
the apple in half. Stuff the hollow core with a mixture of equal parts raisins, honey or sugar, chopped
walnuts and cinnamon. Wrap the apple in foil and place it on coals in a fire for 15 to 20 minutes,
turning occasionally. Alternatively, you can place the wrapped apple on top of a grill and cook in the
same way.
Grilled Cinnamon Apple Wedges
Core the apple and cut into eight wedges. Grill on a flat grill for approximately 10 minutes, turning
once, or use a skewer to hold an apple wedge over hot coals. Use a fork to retrieve the wedge from
the grill and dip it into minn kota talon a bowl with melted butter. Then dip the wedge in a bowl with
equal parts sugar and cinnamon.
