INTRODUCTION
We were given an assignment on spreadsheet(Ms Excel) entitled Nutritional
Workbook which was given by our instructor, Sir Khairul Hajri on 9th January 2013
with a due date of 31st January 2013.
Basically, Ms Excel is an electronic spreadsheet program that can be used for
storing, organizing and manipulating data. The types of data that a cell can hold
include numbers, text or formulas. Just as in math class, formulas are used for
calculations usually involving data contained in other cells. Excel and other
electronic spreadsheets include a number of built in formulas used for common
tasks known as functions.
On this assignment given, we were asked to make 4 task which include data
collection, vLookup, charts and lastly the report of the assignment.

CONCLUSION
Microsoft Excel is a timesaving. It can make the calculation faster, and draw the
conclusions faster by making graph or pie chart. The layout of Rows and Columns
are also very useful for calculation as the columns can be easily summed for a
total. As a technical student, it is very useful for us to learn using this spreadsheet
as we can sort data easily.
So far, I didn’t encounter any problem doing this assignment as it only took me a
week to finish this assignment.
