4. Aim RS-CIT programe
 To remove the fear of IT.
 RKCL has launched an IT friendly course for the
people of Rajasthan.
 RS-CIT is a high quality and low cost
 IT literacy program which offers a novel
curriculum, excellent study material and
learning management system in local
languages.
 A state-of-the-art delivery mechanism leads to
online examination and instant e-Certification.

 Certificate issued by Mahaveer
Vardhman Open University, Kota.

6. Eligibility
 Keen desire to learn Computer and
Information Technology.
 Education Qualification: 10th
Standard Desirable

7. Fee Structure
 The Course Fee includes the charges for the Study
Material.
Regular Rs. 2700/- (without installment)
 Re examination Fee:
Learner should pay Rs. 250/- to IT Gyan Kendra, to
whom she/he has registered within stipulated time.

8. Examination
 The examination will be conducted
by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open
University, Kota and the university will give
certificate to the successful candidates.
 The examination process is on-line form not
in written.

9. Scheme for Govt. Employee
 Govt. of Rajasthan hereby permits all Govt.
Employees to undertake RKCL’s RS-CIT Course.
 State Govt. shall reimburse to the employees not
above the age of 55 years as on January 1st of the
year of admission.
 The prescribed fee Rs. 2700/- or as decided by
RKCL inclusive of Rs. 250/- examination fee for the
above course.
 Reimbursement of fee through Department of
Information Technology and Communication
(DoITC), Jaipur.

10. Scheme for Govt. Employee
 Reimbursement of fee have successfully
completion of RS-CIT course (Re-examination fee
will not be reimbursed).
 In addition, cash incentive of 25% of the total fee
paid would also be provided to employees after
their successful completion of the course in the first
attempt.
