SUMMARY Our state, districts, schools and administrators must work in collaboration to ensure that the students of Texas are prepared to compete and to function successfully after completing their formal education. The STaR chart helps to guide our progress and it shows the community that we are working towards providing technology education for all students. In order to reach our long-term goals in technology competency, we must continue to provide the tools as well as the opportunities for using technology.
