The Power Is Now Teleconference was created to empower and educate real estate
professionals in Orange County but soon spread all over the country. The
teleconference is supported by National and State real estate associations and
National and State minority real estate trade associations in the United States. The
teleconference can accommodate up to 1000 live participants each week. The
number of actual participants depends on the guest speaker and subject matter. The
Power Is Now teleconference conducted its first teleconference on August 20, 2009
as a means to be a resource for real estate agents who are trying to go to the next
level. The Power Is Now Teleconference just achieved a milestone in recording its
73rd show on February 10th 2011.
Guests on The Power Is Now Teleconference includes real estate industry leaders,
local and national government agencies, CPA’s, Attorney’s, Marketing experts,
Economist’s and more. Each teleconference is recorded and available for replay on
www.thepowerisnow.com. The recording is also available to preview on
www.facebookcom/powerisnow. The goal of The Power Is Now Teleconference is
very simple. To inspire and motivate real estate professionals to act now on the
knowledge they have and are receiving on the teleconference that day.
3. How do Real Estate Agents find The Power Is Now?
Promotional flyers are distributed to over 1 million agents nationwide through
numerous real estate trade associations. These same flyers are placed on
FACEBOOK, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social networking sites. Currently
membership in The Power Is Now Teleconference is free. We are anticipating the
audience to grow to over 1 million listeners by the summer of 2012 after launching
The Power Is Now internet radio and The Power Is Now TV on the website in the 4th
quarter of 2011.
4. About our Host
Eric Lawrence Frazier is the founder, Host and Executive Producer of The Power Is
Now Teleconference. In addition to being the Host and Executive Producer, Eric
Frazier is the Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of Wells Fargo Home
Mortgage. Prior to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, he enjoyed a very successful 12 year
career in Mortgage Banking with Washington Mutual Home Loans as a Vice
President and Senior Home Loan Center Manager. His career includes a total of 29
years in sales and operation management.
Eric Lawrence Frazier has an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a BS in Business
Administration and Management from Redlands University. He has been married for
29 years with 4 daughters. His wife and daughters own and operate Frazier Group
Reality in Riverside, CA a full service Real Estate Company. In addition to mortgage
banking, he is a real estate Investor and a California Real Estate Licensed Broker. He
is also the President of the Orange County Chapter of National Association of Real
Estate Brokers, former Vice President of OC-NAHREP, Advisory Board member of
Asian Real Estate Association of America Orange County Chapter, Advisory board
member of the Black Chamber of Commerce in Orange County, director of Project
Tomorrow, Member of the 100 Black Men of Orange County and the NAACP in
Orange County. He is a member of the advisory board of the Open Door Institute, a
member of REOMAC, Pacific West Realtors Association of Realtors, Orange County
Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National
Association of Realtors (NAR), the Women Council of Realtors, and the President of
the board of directors for the State of California African American Museum
Mr. Frazier is also the senior pastor of the North Fontana
Church in city of Fontana and the praise team director. He
is a singer, poet, and songwriter. He is also a motivational
speaker and Community Leader. Mr. Frazier continues to
set the pace for others in his field and strives to be a role
model for other young African American men.
