This document provides an activity plan for a gymnastics lesson for 5-year-olds in France. The lesson aims to develop psychomotor skills through a variety of gymnastics activities using equipment like beams, bars, mats, and trampolines. The plan splits the children into workshops that rotate every 30 minutes through different stations focusing on skills like jumping, rolling, balancing, and basic acrobatic movements. The semester culminates in a gymnastics show performed by the children for parents.
