• December 2013 to Current -Operations Manager. Barnardos
Fostering and Adoption South West. Registered Manager.
Manages the delivery of high quality, effective and safe Fostering and
Adoption services to children and young people. Grows Barnardos FP
business in the area of operation, ensuring that placement and
recruitment targets are met and the FP business line delivers surplus
to given expectations
Works strategically to raise awareness of Barnardos and its work to
commissioners, external partners and Barnardos supporters

Safeguarding Supervision to senior school staff.
