The Mason Enterprise Center (MEC) is a university-based economic development organization affiliated with George Mason University. Its goals are to support entrepreneurship, business development, and economic expansion through various programs including business incubation and acceleration. It operates regional small business development centers and procurement technical assistance centers. It also has an international business accelerator program to help foreign companies expand into the US and assist US companies in foreign markets through partnerships and consulting services.
