Sharing the transforming love of Jesus, across the street and around the world.
"Co-Heirs Through the Gospel"
'Basic Training for Followers of Christ
This plan is that the Gentiles would be co-heirs and parts of the same
body, and that they would share with the Jews in the promises of God
in Christ Jesus through the gospel.
God sent me to reveal the secret plan that had been hidden since the
beginning of time by God, who created everything. God's purpose is
now to show the rulers and powers in the heavens the many different
varieties of his wisdom through the church. This was consistent with
the plan he had from the beginning of time that he accomplished
through Christ Jesus our Lord. In Christ we have bold and confident
access to God through faith in him.
Ephesians 3:6, 9-12
God's "plan" was important for Paul
It revealed his mission to go to the Gentiles.
He learned his responsibility was to share God's plan with all.
God's "plan" was important for the Gentiles.
They became "co-heirs" with the people of God, the Jews.
Gentiles now shared in the spiritual riches of Israel.
2. God's "plan" is important for followers of Jesus today.
God's revealed plan is what He promised in the Old Testament,
what Christ did in the Gospels, what the early church did in the
book of Acts, what Paul and others taught in the epistles, and
what God will do in the book of Revelation.
God's plan gives us confidence and faith that God works in us, for
us and through us.
So let's share His revealed word with the world.
Next week: "Strength Through the Holy Spirit", Ephesians 3:14-21.

Westminster Chapel, Bellevue, WA
Pure HOPE’s Director of Parenting, Dan Martin and Cincinnati Advisory
Board Member, Sean McKay join featured speaker Jon Kitna, former NFL
Quarterback at this conference on becoming a real man in today’s world.
Leading a life of sexual integrity is one of the greatest challenges men
face today. The relentless stream of sexual temptation that is channeled
into our homes and communities through the Internet, television
shows, movies, magazines and countless other means wreaks havoc on
Christian men. The challenge is even greater for our young people who
are growing up in such an age. While it’s impossible to avoid sexual
temptations, it is possible to manage them. Higher Ground can help!
This one-day conference, featuring keynote speaker Jon Kitna, former
NFL Quarterback, and multiple breakout seminars led by excellent
teachers, will provide Christian men and teens with practical tools,
resources and encouragement to help them lead lives of integrity and
honor in the face of sexual temptation and destructive messages that
bombard them daily.
