Sharing the transforming love of Jesus, across the street and around the world.
"Advent 2012
Christ Is Our Peace"
“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans
of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” Therefore Israel
will be abandoned until the time when she who is in labor gives birth
and the rest of his brothers return to join the Israelites. He will stand
and shepherd his flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the
name of the Lord his God. And they will live securely, for then his
greatness will reach to the ends of the earth. And he will be their
peace.
Micah 2:2-5
As we enter the last Sunday of Advent and look forward to Christ's birth,
we can rest in knowing that God is the source of our peace.
God promises peace and salvation to His faithful people.
God hears the confession and repentance of His people.
God expects and desires that we cry out for His saving grace in
our lives!
.
We are blessed through our faithful obedience and our availability to
be used by God!!!
CHRIST IS OUR PEACE… and we are blessed as we believe that the
Lord will do what He says He will do.
