• 4C’s managing the Framework & monitoring performance
• 4C’s using e-contract tools to conduct Outcomes survey
• Process continues to be dynamic with Young People fully
  engaged in monitoring Outcomes
• Young People designed the Children & Young People’s part of
  the 360 degree monitoring survey
• Continue empowering Young People – One Young Person has
  joined the 4C’s team
• Young People will deliver a workshop at the January Provider
  Forum to outline how they intend to monitor outcomes

  about where they live, the support they get and if its

  People’s feedback is important in shaping the future
