DEFINITON and objectives COMPONENT ADVANTAGES DISADVANTAGES METHOD
 DEFINITION E-LEARNING  (ELECTRONIC LEARNING):  Darin E. Hartley [Hartley, 2001] Teaching and learning process by using internet media, intranet or other computer network in order to give the material to the students. E-learning is a means of education that incorporates self-motivation, communication, efficiency, and technology. (Matt Comerchero) E-learning is the continuous assimilation of knowledge and skill by adults stimulated by synchronous and a synchronous learning event and sometimes knowledge management outputs-which are authored delivered, engaged with supported and administrated using internet technologies.  (Morrison 2003)
 OBJECTIVES To increase access in learning opportunity and flexibility To enhance general quality of learning To develop skills and competencies To meet the learning style/needs To increase Cost effectiveness
