Last year the brand was re-positioned from mainly-on-the-beach used flip-flops to a lifestyle product, which could be used while site seeing, shopping, lounging etc. This re-positioning reflected in the new logo and packaging, which had to encompass brand’s African popularity with the new global targets.

Exponation The exponation process is made with modern CTP-exponators Trendsetter Quantum 800, which supersedes the old films exponation equipment and enables reaching of quite high printing standards.

Printing - Stages Printing In order to ensure the best quality of production and full satisfaction of clients and their specific needs, we print on: - High-speed WEB offset machine GOSS M 600 with printing dimensions of 625х965mm and option for high-speed printing with capacity of 45 000 sheets per hour. The machine was manufactured in 2007. It is equipped with the most contemporary electronics for monitoring of printing parameters - register, ink, folding, paper stretching. - Two eight-section sheet fed offset machines Heidelberg SM 102 P5 with printing dimensions of 700х1000mm and perfector ensuring two-side print with one pass. The print quality is controlled by automatic scanner for image control. - One four-section machine Heidelberg SM 102 and one five-section machine MANROLAND 700 with varnishing section.

Printing - Stages Finishing processes - Your material will be finished on: - Six folding machines Heidelberg, Stahl; - Four stitching machines Heidelberg and Muller Martini; The contemporary machine Heidelberg ST 450 was manufactured in 2008 and equipped with modern systems for quality assurance of the production. It has an option for stitching with up to 4 staples and usage of staples with tags; - Two gluing machines; - Two machines for UV-varnishing; - Stitching machine; - Machine for automated packaging. Logistics and delivery Your printing materials would be hold in modern stores and delivered to the place you would like with our own fleet of vans and trucks.
