Dear colleagues, after 18 years spent on developing mainly sales people,
    I cannot but agree on the picture below which shows that traning itself
    will bring progress of around 10 %.

    Today business people are not satisfied with this percentage.
    Therefore, the following methods can be used to increase the percentage:
 Team & individual Coaching (if you have time, money & a qualified person)
 Training refreshments (if you have time, money & a qualified person)
 To motivate participants to exercise a new behaviour continually.

On this page your employees choose their company from the list of the
enclosed companies.
Then, they will log in with their personal password.
Thus, they can access only those tests related to training sessions they
have already participated in.
Testing is a simple process and it is not time-consuming (8 to 15 minutes).
The questions in the tests are multiple choice questions.
After each question there are several offered answers .
Please note that only one answer is correct and it should be marked by
clicking it. In the end your employees need to click Submit
If some questions are left unanswered, they will be marked with a red color.
After completing the test, your employees should click Submit.
As soon as your employees click submit, they will receive the results.
Everything that is correct will be marked in green, incorrect answers will be in a red
color!
At the same time you or their line managers will receive their results, expressed in
percentage, as well as a review of their answers!
We recommend that all participants continue with the assessment until the answers
are 100 % correct. While doing the tests over and over again, the questions will be
set randomly. Moreover, we can decrease the testing time for each additional test.
As you can see, the whole process is very simple!
Whenever you want, you can test your employees until they obtain the new skills.

There are a few options: Your employees can either do the tests we offer you, or
you can add your own tests according to your company’s needs and post them on
our site.
The total price for this service is 197 € per month (up to 20 participants).
For each additional participant the price will be raised just by 2 € per month.

This is just the beginning.
