   Make the tone a positive one and
    base the feedback on facts
   Time it right. Too late or too early will
    render it ineffective.
   Limit the focus, do not speak discuss
    peripheral issues.
   Make feedback a routine part of
    work.

    public – always ensure appreciation is
    also delivered effectively.

Making Yourself Heard – And Listen
Too
   Feedback is not a criticism. The best feedback can be delivered
    when both the provider and the receiver agree to work together at
    resolving the situation.

   The feedback provider, in order to be heard, needs to maintain a
    healthy attitude and refrain from any personal involvement.
   Being a good listener helps. Quite often allowing the feedback
    receiver talk his/her mind reveals a whole new picture.

   Learn to gracefully listen to criticism; accept it impersonally and
    subjectively
