Phylogenetic analysis on molecular data is the use of molecules such as
DNA or proteins to gain information on the evolutionary relationships
between organisms or molecules

Molecular Modeling

Molecular Modeling or knowledge-based
modeling, develops a three-dimensional
model from a protein sequence based on
the structures of homologous proteins.

In silico Drug Designing

– In silico techniques save great amounts of time and money
  in R&D projects.
– With a strong skill in the fields of molecular modeling,
  molecular biology and computational chemistry, students/
  Professionals to offer full in silico support for projects of
  drug design, protein engineering and intermolecular
  recognition.

Micro array Analysis & Probe Designing

 For the analysis of Gene expression.
 Micro array probe design and analysis tool used to design and
  evaluate probes for genes or mRNA transcripts.
