Lot of absentees was there, though the date was informed in advance.
Coming and going attitude of leaders is not acceptable
Conclusion in the Service Team & Core Team Gathering to be discussed in NEC –

Expense of the gathering should be considered even if the venue is very good
Venue for the meetings should be booked in advance, in future –even start
booking RAK formation center
RST should evaluate their participation in the ST Gathering and should present all
positive suggestions and decisions in NEC
2. Mission
African Mission –Uganda
i. Penny Boxes distributed in Middle East to support African Mission
o Should collect Penny Boxes first week of every month
o A small team should work in RST level for the same
o A small prayer and write-up needed
o Evaluation on every 6 months needed
o Penny boxes should be collected from families
o Keep the penny boxes in the visible area of houses
