3. Calendar Turn “editing on” ... 1 Can you see your calendar block? If not…. 2

4. Calendar If not, you must create it. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should see this block. 1 Click on “ Add ” to access the drop down menu and select “ Calendar ” 4 2 3

5. Calendar To access the calendar, Click on the month 2 3 Once this done, You can move up the calendar block on the page by clicking on 1

6. Calendar Click on “ New Event” 2 The month calendar window opens.

7. Calendar User event is for yourself only Site event is for All 1 Click OK 2 This event window opens 3

8. Calendar Give a name to your event 1 Add a small description 2 Add dates and duration 3 Is this a recurring event? 4 Click on Save 5

9. Calendar This is how your event will appear. 1 You can edit or delete it if you are not satisfied 2

10. Calendar Click on the eye to Hide or See 2 You can simplify your view of events through the Events Key filter You can also export your calendar onto Outlook 3

11. Calendar Choose what you want to export 1 Click Export 2 Click Open 3

12. Calendar Your “Moodle calendar” opens next to your work one 1 You can delete it by right clicking on the title with your mouse. 2 Repeat the process to upload or update your calendar
