4. As a Result of Sin
John 5:14 “Afterward Jesus findeth him in

the works of God should be made manifest
in him.”

John 11:4 “When Jesus heard that, he
said, This sickness is not unto death,
but for the glory of God, that the Son
of God might be glorified thereby”

6. Chastisement
Hebrews 12:6-9
“For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and
scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as
with sons; for what son is he whom the father
chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement,
whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and
not sons. Furthermore we have had fathers of our
flesh which corrected us, and we gave them
reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection
unto the Father of spirits, and live?
”

7. To Prove our Sonship
Hebrews 12:8
“But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are
partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.”
To Profit Us
Hebrews 12:10
“For they verily for a few days chastened us after
their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we
might be partakers of his holiness.”

8. To Produce Holiness
Hebrews 12:8
“But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are
partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.”
To Test Us
It requires fire to reveal a true Gold

9. To Produce Harvest
Hebrews 12:8
“Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be
joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it
yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto
them which are exercised thereby.”
Hebrews 5:22-23
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Meekness, temperance: against such there is
no law.”

10. If I stand at the center of the will of God.
Then all that comes to me:
Sickness
Sufferings
Trials
Pain
Misunderstanding
Will come from his hand… and its for my
good.
