We need to decide, if we will do the expansion or if we don´t do the expansion. <br />If we are going to do the expansion, there are two more options we are facing. First option: As there is a high market potential, we can increase our revenues by 50%. <br />Second option as there is a high market potential, we can´t use it, because we are not able to use this potentail, because our brand is not accepted.  Then we will loose about 30% because we had already a big amount of expenses. <br />If we decide not to go to the chinese market, we have also two options. First option is to go to another country. Which leeds to another amount of expanses plus the gap of the market research we did before for the chinese market. All in all this leeds to a minus of 15%. <br />Second option for this decision is  that we do an event which fills the gap of expanses done by the market reseach of the chinese market. This might leed us to a plus of 20%. <br />Our last option of this decision is to do nothing which also causes a lack  of investment. But it maight be the safer way. <br />
