GETTING STARTED:
Once you get your ID number you need to set up your website! HYPERLINK

Once you get your 9-Digit VID (Vemma ID#), you need to set up your FREE MY VEMMA website! This is

FOCUS:
What you focus on GROWS!! What you focus on is what you’ll get! “Whatever you focus on expandss!”…focus
on being broke, you’ll be broke! Focus on success…you’ll be successful!!!
Although the above sounds ‘simple enough’, it takes daily training to THINK differently. Most people think ‘short
term’, …to do this business effectively, you’ll need to think LONG term….but do daily actions to get you where you
want to be long term!
Typically most people have a JOB…they go to work, they get paid! This is a business! The down side is you work
and work and work before you get a check! The upside is, eventually if you do that long enough, the opposite will
be true…you’ll get paid, get paid, get paid, with very little work. Most do not have the ability to LOOK long term,
yet focus on the daily things they need to do to be successful in the business.
Perfect example: losing weight! Your goal is to become RIPPED AND THIN! Is it going to happen overnight?

“Do you have a family?” “Where are you from?”…”What do you do?” “What do you like the most about it?”…”What
do you like the least about it?” “What do you like to do for FUN?”…all of these questions will tell you what

“no, we don’t have any kids yet, we’d like to, but we just need to pay off some debt first so I can stay at home
when I have them” ….or “well, I love to go boating, but we can’t afford a boat of our own, so we go when my Uncle
comes in town” ….
STAY CONNECTED:
Email is the quickest, easiest, and most convenient way to communicate with your up line and down line. Get
good about checking your email several times throughout the day! If you need me to answer any questions for

3-Way Calls:
If you’d like someone to speak with your up-line, schedule a 3-way call. The purpose of a 3-way is to get you on
the call so you can hear and LEARN what we say so you can say it for your team and their team!!
THE PURPOSE:
The purpose of any up-line is to take on a new person, work with them constantly so they understand the business
and they DUPLICATE themselves in the new person as quick as possible. Pending upon the new person, this
could take 30-60-90 days. At that point, the up-line can take on another new person.
This is NOT saying that the up-line will not stay connected with the 1st new person, but it is time for the new person
to DO IT ON THEIR OWN. An up-line can teach you, and show you, but the next step is for you to DO IT ON
YOUR OWN.
The biggest mistake an up-line can make is to do it for them! The only way to learn is TO DO, the only way to get
better is to DO IT AGAIN!

CUSTOMER vs. MEMBER?
What is the difference between a CUSTOMER and a MEMBER? A lot!!
One of the things I quickly learned in the business when I first got started was “its not what you say, it’s how you
say it!”.
As you know, a one-pack of VEMMA cost $60.00 plus tax & shipping. One of the big differences in someone
being a Customer vs. a Member is, if a Customer refers the product to someone they think would benefit from this
tremendous product, the Customer will not receive a $10 ‘thank you’ for the referral from the company!
We’ve already established that EVERYONE can benefit from VEMMA and the tremendous health benefits, so why
wouldn’t someone refer it to other people? Perhaps they don’t know the financial benefit to them if they do?
That’s where you come in!
If someone is interested in trying VEMMA, you might say this, “I’d be happy to get your order placed for you, let
me ask you a question: who do you know who could benefit from VEMMA like you think you will?” or “you have
the ability to get free shipping, or you could end up getting your products for free, what would you prefer?” …

What you do NOT want to say is: “do you want to be a happy customer, or do you want to SELL VEMMA like I
do?”…MOST people will say “I’d just like to be on the product”…(do you know anyone who really likes to SELL
anything????)…remember, it’s not what we say, it’s how we say it!

8. DO YOU WONDER WHY YOU ARE NOT CYCLING LIKE SOME PEOPLE?
Look in your genealogy and see how many CUSTOMERS you have? I would bet you have a lot if you’re not
cycling! Here is the problem! For every customer you have, you are only getting ½ cycle credit! Therefore if
you’re enrolling just customers, you have to work twice as hard!! To go SILVER for instance, you’d need 45
members under you left and right, OR 90 customers under you left and right! Which would you prefer?
There should never be a CUSTOMER in your downline. They might act like a “customer” but if you want full cycle
credit and want them to “refer” people, you will sign them up as Members.
If someone lives in Vermont lets say, there is NO TAX so they are saving almost $5.00 than anyone else that
doesn’t live in the Northeast! Most people ‘plan on’ paying shipping, so if you a) don’t mention it, or b) show
them/tell them the benefits of THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, it will grow your business, and it will keep your
business!
What if every person just referred 2 people….in a month? I guarantee you, everyone knows 2 people who could
find massive benefits from VEMMA! Besides the fact that you’d have over 4000 people in your organization in 1
year, the “customer” (who’s really a member) will receive money back monthly, and the idea of her ‘switching
brands’ of vitamins will no longer be an option!
In addition, of all the people that OTHERS bring to you, there will be business minded people that will want to work
the business as a business and become amazingly successful!
What to remember? It’s not WHO you find, it’s WHO do THEY know? Show them the financial benefit of referring
