     CAL        (Computer        Assisted
Learning) means a computer as a
medium is used for the sake of
facilitating people in learning.
CALL
  (Computer Assisted Language Learning)

  CALL means CAL which is implemented to
language.
  According to ( Levy, 1997, p.1 ) defines
CALL as the search for and study of applications
of the computer in language teaching and
learning.
CALL
    Underlying Consideration
• Computer’s flexibility.
• Computer based language instruction has
  ability to interact with learners.
• Computers can encourage students in
  learning a language.
• Computers have the potential to enhance
  the development of communicative
  competence in a second language
The advantages of CALL

Disadvantages of CALL
