Typically, “business” events
would be job interviews,
meetings with superiors, or
meetings with clients.
“Business casual” events
may be pre-interview
dinners or meetings with
colleagues.
Every company’s definition
of “business” and “business
casual” is different, so be

company’s printed dress
code.
