Costumes
Before choosing what clothes I would get for the photo shoot I thought about the
colours that are used in alternative magazines and what clothing alternative
people wear, as they would be looking in the magazine to hopefully find fashion
ideas and clothes to buy.
The main outfit I thought I’d put my model in is a black leather skirt and black heel
boots and a luminous top to add a bit of colour to the outfit.
props
When looking at props I glanced at a few alternative magazine and picked out a few
props I would use. I kept the props minimal because I wanted the magazine to
focus more on the artist than the props that were around them. The main props I
would use are electric guitars, acoustic guitars and a music stool; using these props
will focus more on the alternative genre and are something the audience will
consider buying as they’re into music and might have a musical talent
