with all aspects of the project. Larry was nothing but
knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with questions
and tweaks to the design. We would like to have a custom TV
cabinet made. Not sure if Valet does this in solid wood,
but would love to look into after my positive experience.

Excellent display in showroom really allows you to see what is available. At
first, we had no interest in putting in a murphy bed. Long after we placed
our initial order, we thought about a murphy bed because we remembered
the displays of murphy beds in your showroom. We ended up buying one
from you and are so happy we did. Shari was excellent - very friendly, warm
and nice. Shari is extremely well-versed on all products and made great
suggestions throughout the design process. Shari was always quick to call
back when we left messages and made a point to come to our house to meet
us when the schedule worked for us... Extremely accommodating.

We just conducted a remodel that lasted 10 months instead
of the 6 that it was supposed to, so of course there were a great deal of
aggravating elements to the whole process. By far, Jerry and Valet were the most
superior vendor experience of our whole remodel ordeal. We designed and
ordered an office system with murphy bed, entryway cabinet, and garage
cabinets. We love, love, love them all. We just showcased our house to our friends
after the 10 months of high stress and they were stunned by the quality of the
systems. And there were a lot of "oooos" and "aaahhhs" about the murphy bed.

service and staff is top notch. Jerry Archer helped plan our office with a
custom murphy bed install - he was a real pleasure to work with. Jerry is
patient and goes the extra mile to ensure that a job is done right, he
personally stopped by after hours to ensure that the bed cabinet would
work with our wall molding and wainscoting, measuring and marking
how the paneling should be cut and where the install should go. The
installers, Salvador and Kevin were great as well, ensuring the install was
done perfectly. Salvador also went out of his way when a part was
damaged, returning the very next day between jobs to ensure the install
was completed perfectly. I would highly recommend Valet to anyone
looking for quality custom cabinets and specialty beds.

After spending the past few months doing some remodeling
of our home, my husband and I decided to turn our fourth bedroom
into an office/guest room/multipurpose room. I called Valet Custom Cabinets
and closets and from that phone call on had the most stellar experience than any of the
other contractors, vendors and workers combined. We worked with Robert to design the
perfect two wall unit, including a cabinet to keep all of my gift wrapping supplies as well
as a very cool drawer that pulls out and creates a long table on which to wrap gifts, do
projects, etc. Robert has a great eye for detail and took all of wants/needs and created a
beautiful unit complete with beveled glass cabinets, lit from within. Mark and Zoltan,
who installed the unit, were professional and did an outstanding job.

suggest a wallbed that worked beautifully. I couldn't be
