bunch of thin asparagus spear that is trimmed, 1 clove of garlic that is minced, 1 teaspoon of sea
salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper finely ground, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice which is
optional. An oven must be preheated to about 425 degrees for 220 degrees C. Place asparagus in
mixing bowl. Then sprinkle it with garlic, pepper and salt. Arrange this asparagus on a baking
paper in single layers. This must be baked in preheated oven till just tender for 12 to 14 minutes
as per its thickness. Sprinkle it with lemon juice before serving. This serving is enough for 4
people.

 The second recipe is called “Basic Vegetable Broth”. The ingredients needed to prepare this are
1 big onion chopped roughly, 2 big celery stalk with leaves chopped roughly, 1 big tomato
chopped roughly, 1 cup of sliced cabbage, 1 cup of roughly chopped green vegetables such as
beet tops, spinach, or chard, 4 cloves of garlic chopped roughly, large handful of parsley sprigs,
2 sprigs of thyme, bay leaves around 2 in number, 1 teaspoon of marjoram and dried basil each,
½ teaspoon of paprika,8 cups of water, pepper and salt to taste. All ingredients must be placed in
a big soup pot. Just bring to boil on high heat. Reduce this heat to low simmer. Cover with lid
and cook for about 2 ½ hours. Strain this broth, discard sprigs and vegetables. Keep frozen or
refrigerated. It makes around 4 cups.

 As per HCG diet info the third recipe is known as “Japanese Ginger Soy Dressing”. The
ingredients needed to prepare this are 2 cloves of garlic minced, 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger
minced, ¼ teaspoon of powdered mustard, juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of cider apple
vinegar, 6 drops of Stevia apricot flavored nectar drops, 8 drops of KAL Stevia, ½ cup of water
or broth, 1/3 cup of Braggs aminos liquid, pepper and salt to taste. Mix together the ginger,
garlic, lemon juice and mustard in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients.
Whisk this slowly into the garlic mixture. It makes nearly 1 cup. You can store this in a container
in a refrigerator for a week.
