9. OPERATING PROCESS: INFORMATION step IPSE-3A® (Advice/Apply/Accompany) is the operating workflow used by IPSE to manage every task- It is divided into an initial step (Information), a Design step, and a Support one. INFORMATION step An IPSE Advisor is a professional consultant who leads the INFORMATION step; it consists mainly in the analysis of the Customer’s needs, selection of the more appropriate funding solutions available, setting up of suitable relationship useful for the proposal awarding. This can be considered as a stand alone step or can develop in an agreement to supporting the following steps. Agreements can be signed either to follow a funding project, in which case both the Design and the Support steps are required, or other consulting services, i.e. marketing analysis or financial plan for whom only the first Design step is needed. The agreement will specify the amount due for each step of the whole process, and will be linked to the project success.

10. DESIGN step regards the final documentation, including the partnership setup and the subcontractor needed to implement the project. Design projects, agreements and contracts as well as the final application form will be delivered in this step. In order to fulfil all the project’s needs, IPSE network gathers several specialised player. The SUPPORT step follows the Customer through the evaluation phase, the implementation until the conclusion of the project ad the final reporting (including the, people managing, support in the financial accounting and reporting, support during the final testing, support in the marketing plan implementation and business generation).
