 Co-Ordination with Main contractor and MEP Sub-contractor for all the builders work
and other related Civil &MEP works.
 Quality Control and Safety checks at regular intervals.
 Checking and ensure that the Mobilization of the project
Such as Fencing Layout, Demarcation, Engineers and Contractors facilities.
 Daily Site Inspection for Structural and finishing works.
 Checking work as per approved shop drawings.
 Attending the site work inspections for (Aluminum work, post tension & normalslabs).
 Making ProgressReport and Photographs for daily activities.
 Issuing Site Instructions as and when required.
 Detailed verifications for discrepancies between Architectural and Structuraldrawings.
