 “If a student doesn’t have a computer at home, then blogs,
 PowerSchool access, etc. are useless for students and parents if they
 don’t have one.”
 “All students should have access to technology, and shouldn’t be
 punished because they don’t have computers at home. . . They
 should take care of their laptops.”

They should take care of their laptops.”
