This document provides information and guidelines for recruitment events for a sorority. It includes dress code recommendations for open house, philanthropy day, skit night, and preference night. It also outlines a new rating system that will reduce the weight of pre-ratings and increase feedback from chapter members. Workshop dates are provided to help assess recruitment.

State It will: Reduce the weight of Pre-rating and increase how much what YOU tell us matters Better utilize results of Needs Assessment Workshop Give chapter members an opportunity to give an assessment following Pref **we’ve always done this, but it’s been against actual ADPi rating policy

22. Pre-rating Formerly… Out of 17 points (GPA, Involvement, Asset, Rec, Legacy) Was worth as much as all your day scores combined Now… Out of 12 points (GPA, Activities, Rec, Legacy) *No asset Each day’s score will simply be added on so that the pre-rating score will be worth less and less
