Denver on February 10th (Monday).

We will be staying ON PROPERTY.
Price difference between Caribbean Beach resort and Disney All
Star Sports is about $35 - $40 total depending on # attending.
Caribbean Beach is slightly more upscale.
Better practice space
DAS is less expensive, but not by much (approx. $30 overall)
More “action”
On-property cafeteria
4. Why Choose On-Property?

Express and around the WDW Resort property – we can take a bus to
the ESPN arena. – no need to drive/park/etc

5. What, at this point, prohibits us from

We need a critical mass of athletes to attend, otherwise it becomes
cost prohibitive.

What this covers:
All Disney “stuff” as aforementioned
Chaperone Costs

10. What’s on the agenda?
As soon as we know warm up times, prelim times, etc, we will get a
schedule out.
OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO COMPETE.
There will be time to go to the parks, but this is not the reason why
we go.
Team dinner one night, if we can get reservations.
11. When must I commit?
SOON!
Hotels book prior to posted deadlines, and our deadline is
December 5th based on the fact that our qualifying competitions
took place in November.
I want to mail the deposits in by Tuesday of next week to ensure we
get our spot secured.
12. Decide if it’s right for you.
Hopefully, many discussions about paying for a nationals trip have
taken place already.
If you decide the financial commitment is too great, it’s ok for this
year!
Take the paperwork, think it over. It’s a huge commitment, and it’s
important that we have a great experience.
