February is a perfect time to soak up heart-filled sentiments.
Both physical and spiritual. As you enjoy the merriment of
the season, take time to think about the importance of your
heart health as well as your relational health and legacy. In two
articles, Touchmark Vice President of Wellness & Programs
Marge Coalman, EdD, discusses the importance of connecting
with family (and especially creating an end-of-life plan) and
shares helpful information from the 50th US Surgeon General’s
Report on Smoking and Health.
