Those companies in turn use Zendesk to serve over 68 million users in over 140 countries. Our platform has supported over a BILLION customer service interactions in our short history.This volume puts us in a unique place to observe and learn what is going on in the world of support ---- external customer support and IT helpdesk support- Today’s event is about sharing those findings.
