2. The purpose of this subject is to enable you to set up and maintain work relationships, including contracts.
3. Learning Outcomes: 1. On completion the learner should be able to establish and conduct work relationships. 2. On completion the learner should be able to conduct negotiations. 3. On completion the learner should be able to make formal agreements/contracts. 4. On completion the learner should be able to foster and maintain business relationships. 5. On completion the learner should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the respective film, television, radio, multimedia or music industries. 6. On completion the learner should be able to demonstrate communication skills necessary for work relationships. 7. On completion the learner should be able to demonstrate trust-building skills necessary for work relationships.

Assessment Results are reported as PASS (UNGRADED), FAIL Assessment Events In addition to an overall pass in the module, students must pass the following assessment events Event 1: Project (50%) Present a project scenario, then develop and present a contract for a project. The contract should be drawn up in accordance with legal and other requirements. Event 2: Case Study (50%) A case study should be conducted during the training period and be assessed in the learning environment. The overall module assessment will be based on the results from learning outcome projects, attendance, punctuality and classroom behaviour.
