  1. People can freely talk, sharing anything from personal to business on social media sites. Social media is a very powerful tool to use now a days. It can appear in many forms such as blogs, forums, social networks, writing communities, etc…Some of the more well known social networking groups are Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Wordpress, Blogger, Pinterest and Fickr.
  2. Many companies rely on social media tobuild a reputation and make it easier to earn the trust of buyers.Having your own social media account as a seller will help make you more approachable and trustworthy. Millions of people all over the world use social media as a way of getting the latest news and updates around the world.It can help you target your audience.
  3. It can help you build customer and employee relationships.It can also help enhance your business.It is an inexpensive way for your business to connect with your potential customers.It also adds a human element to your business which is very important.The key to building a successful company is communication.
  4. Dell said that Twitter had helped it generate $1 million in revenue over the past year and a half through sale alerts.
  5. Ford really has an open minded mentality toward new marketing techniques, and that’s why they are considered as one of the top companies worldwide. This large company maintains several social media accounts across most of the platforms.
  6. HP has also a really unique social media approach. Their main focus is on integrity, innovation, education and of course collaboration.
  7. In conclusion Social media will help bring your company to another level in marketing.If these big name companies are making use of Social Networking and doing well with it, then you know it would help your company as well.
  8. As you can see adding a Social Media Platform to your business has the potential of boosting your sales and adding that extra trust to the public that is much needed.
