BOSCO-Uganda established an organizational structure in 2009-2010 and expanded its human resources by hiring more local staff. It moved into a new permanent office space and put in place key organizational policies and an accounting system. Technically, it redeployed its network, transferred its server, provided technical training, and doubled its internet bandwidth. It expanded the number of sites it operates and provides ICT training at, developed online collaboration resources, and launched educational collaboration projects. It partnered with organizations like Unicef and Horizont3000 and conducted fundraising activities. Its future plans include further network expansion with Unicef and maintaining long-term sustainability.
