The growth of a country depends on skills and entrepreneurial capabilities of its
citizens. The task of developing the skills and entrepreneurial capabilities are left
with the educational institutions. After independence, most of the higher
educational institutions in the country focused on building technical skills.
However, technical skills alone cannot help in the transformation of the country.
The real growth of the country starts when there are entrepreneurial skills
embedded among the next generations. There are institutions which can be
considered the real building blocks of the country. Business schools are the
platforms for nurturing entrepreneurial and managerial skills among students, so
that they can emerge as future leaders. Every business school is trying in some or
other means to shape the students for the future. Different business schools have
adopted different strategies for this purpose. There are some business schools,
which have made significant contribution to the nation by building strong
curriculum and focused on rigorous educational standards. These business
schools must be recognized as their contribution has helped in giving skilled and
entrepreneurial manpower to our country.
International School of Business Management (ISBM) has emerged as the most
innovative business school of present times. The students are constantly engaged
searching, analyzing, exploring, and implementing innovative ideas. The students
