Tiffany is a digital and social media strategist. She focuses on:
 Embedding better digital capability in large national or global organisations
 Digital transformation for business change
 Creating revenue-generating services for media agencies and business units
She is the former Head of Public Participation (Social Media) for the UK Government - the
strategic lead in Cabinet Office for Social Media and consulted to the UK Government for 14
years from no email to open data. She ran web-rationalisation programmes, Directgov
Communications, Digital Policy Communications and launched Data.gov.uk.
After 12 years of running her own digital consultancy, advising government and large
business on digital and social media implementation, Tiffany co-founded Transmute.
Transmute helps large national and global businesses drive digital change within businesses,
making lasting change to their bottom line through practical digital and social media
delivery embedded across all business units.
Clients include: Abu Dhabi Government, Acxiom, Cabinet Office, Creative Skillset, Google,
National Trust, UK Parliament, Prudential, TalkTalk, The Telegraph, SABMiller, Viacom.
Tiffany was identified as one of the inaugural Tech City100 and is a TED Speaker.
Tiffany wants to help Britain become a digital powerhouse, nurturing talent through
greater digital capability which she undertakes as and Executive Board Member of BIMA,
Lecturer for Google’s We Are Squared Digital Marketing Qualification and Advisor to
Google’s Digital Academy, Digital Trainer for Marketing Agencies Association and an Alumni
of MITs Design and Development of Education Technology.
