Break The Inevitable Weight loss plateau in 3 Ways

Ever got a feeling that everything just stopped and your efforts seemed to be pointing to nothing
then you remember weight loss plateau? You never thought of it because the past few days were
just working great and giving you some results. Other than that, you never even believed that
such could happen in you as well.

The truth is weight loss plateau is the inevitable stage everyone experiences sooner or later at
some point of their health and fitness lives. For the reason is that your body is experiencing the
same of your fitness hard work or could be even more. It maintains your energy intake and
output in balance so the hard work it is currently experiencing might be the one reason why it
just stopped. Like you during your first tries of your current fitness exercise or diet, it doesn’t
have all the enthusiasm to lose weight.

As expected, all your previous work slowed down until reaching to a surprising stop no matter
how you have consistently maintained your exercise and diet regimen. So you might already be
thinking that everything is useless and is in a point of giving up. Well, think no more but
continue to act and even more. Here are the changes you might want to consider to break the
inevitable weight loss plateau.
Take A Break From A Break: Weight Loss Plateau




1. Zigzag or Calorie Cycling

Diet doesn’t always have to be strict because as mentioned earlier, your body doesn’t also have
the enthusiasm to make that big sudden change of weight loss so no wonder why weight loss
plateau occurs. How about starting small changes? You can do alternates with varying daily
calorie intake but still maintaining the same weekly calorie count.

So instead of having a suicidal diet attempt of 1800 calories daily, you can always have the
choice of mixing calorie counts up. For example, 1300 calories for today then compensate it with
2100 calories the next day as long as you are still able to reach your weekly calorie count.

2. Focus Strengthening

A lot may underestimate this kind of strengthening it actually plays a role bigger than what you
thought in your fitness and health diet. When focusing with your muscles through strength
training, bone tissue are strengthened as well increasing lean mass then eventually boosting
metabolic rate.

3. Routing Exercise Change

Trying something new might help breaking the weight loss plateau especially in your exercise
routine. Try swimming or jogging instead of doing your usual working. The same as upgrading
the intensity of your current workout to the next level like your cardio work perhaps?
