4. Outline of ‘Jobstar’
• Content: The objective is to
create a new job that does not
exist right now fit for the
circumstances that are
presented in the game
• Target audience: high
school/college students or older
• Standard number of players: 3-5
people/group
• Standard play time:
approximately 45-60 minutes

• Choose one Job Card from your hand, and think of
a job that would be useful in an aging and shrinking
population

• When you think of a job, write the name down on
the card

• Put your card on the table face down, and wait until
everyone has put their card down
• When everybody has played their card, decide on an
order and have each player present their job’s name and
explain it in an interesting way

in sports physiology, psychology
(especially the topic of
motivation) and communication.

need the professional expertise

must have expertise in a
particular field, logical thinking
skills, the diligence to steadily
conduct and interpret the
results of experiments.
