Thrustmaster introduces its new add-on to the base of the
famous * T500RS and the Ferrari F1 Wheel Integral T500 *:
GTE Ferrari Wheel Add-On Ferrari 458 Challenge Edition.
The launch of this brand new steering wheel is closely
associated with the Thrustmaster to develop a veritable
ecosystem dedicated to hardcore fans of driving games: the
heart of this ecosystem revolves around the T500RS.
The steering wheel has a diameter of 28 cm and has a rubber
coating reinforced along the entire circumference. At the
center of the steering wheel spokes stand 2 central 2 mm
thick, made of brushed metal and painted with metallic paint.

What kind of photos you describe as "artistic"?

of the production process from Canon. The function as Scene
Detection in Smart Auto mode allows even beginners to

What idea did you have in mind when you designed
PowerShot N?
We wanted to create a product that would meet the needs
of potential users in their twenties, mostly beginners who
regularly share pictures through social networks, capturing
the moments of their lives. However, we believe that this
product is functional for people of all ages who want to shoot
creative and unique, easily, wherever they are.
The design of this camera is distinctly different from those
launched earlier. What is the concept behind this choice?
It was a purposeful decision to create something that was
unique, with a symmetrical design.
We wanted to design a product that does not limit
consumers to shoot in the traditional way. The shape and
size of N PowerShot allow you to take as you want, allowing
angled shots or unusual and many variations of composition.
The LCD touch screen tilts, the rings for the shutter, and
zoom around the lens and the main controls allow users to

Che tipo di fotografie descriveresti come “artistiche”?
Ciò che rende artistico qualcosa differisce da persona a
persona. I risultati possono essere modificati
drasticamente cambiando i colori, le luci e la
composizione. La qualità e la gamma delle immagini
creative che possono essere realizzate con PowerShot N
fanno parte del patrimonio di conoscenze e di ricerca
fotografica che è parte integrante del processo di
produzione di Canon. La funzione come Scene Detection in
modalità Smart Auto consente anche i principianti di
catturare facilmente immagini creative.
Che idea avevi in mente quando hai disegnato PowerShot
N?
Abbiamo voluto creare un prodotto che potesse
soddisfare le esigenze di potenziali utenti intorno ai
vent’anni, prevalentemente principianti che condividono
regolarmente le immagini attraverso i social network,
catturando gli attimi della loro vita. Tuttavia, riteniamo
che questo prodotto sia funzionale per le persone di tutte
le età che vogliono scattare foto creative e uniche,
facilmente, ovunque si trovino.
Il design di questa fotocamera è nettamente diverso da
quelle lanciate in precedenza. Qual è il concetto alla base
di questa scelta?
È stata una decisione finalizzata a creare qualcosa che
fosse unico nel suo genere, con un design simmetrico.
Volevamo progettare un prodotto che non limita i
consumatori a scattare in modo tradizionale. La forma e le
dimensioni di PowerShot N permettono di scattare come
vuoi, consentendo inquadrature angolate o inconsuete e
molte varianti di composizione. L’LCD touch screen

design of an LCD display can be tilted up to 90 degrees allows
the photographer to experiment with angles, composition

possible before. It's an innovative feature that consumers will
benefit, which will allow him to experiment with

A search of the National Research Council published in
Nature Materials opens up new perspectives for the study of
neural networks: the most effective tools for understanding
the functioning of the brain and the 'repair' malfunctioning of
neurons in Parkinson's disease and epilepsy. The
development of a new technology, organic electronics
transparent, able to obtain information about neural activity,
opens a new platform of investigation. The research,
conducted by two former Institutes of Bologna, the Institute
for the Study of Nanostructured Materials (ISMN-CNR) and
the Institute for organic synthesis and photoreactivity (sof-
CNR), in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Technology
(IITs) and Etc, spin-offs and start-up of the CNR Group SAES,
has shown that it can stimulate neuronal activity,
'manipulate' and read through a tool biocompatible: OCST,
organic cell stimulating and sensing transistor.
The results were published in Nature Materials. The study
involved a team of 13 researchers, including experts in the
science and technology of materials, neuroscientists and
electrophysiologists, who has worked for two years at the
National Research Council in Bologna, within the strategic
guidelines of the Department of Chemical Sciences and
technologies materials of the institution and the research on
the development of technologies for the understanding of
the functioning of the brain, the subject of major European
and American programs.
The socio-economic importance of these activities has
prompted the European Commission to designate May 2013
the 'European month of the brain'.
