1. Dateworthy: Pink & Pepper Zipit Brown Boots
I bought these super cute Pink & Pepper Zipit brown boots because (1) they were super cute, duh;
(2) they were (and still are) only $27.99 with free shipping at 6pm.com (regularly $69); and (3) I had
a date, and he had told me he liked girls in boots.
2. When I first put them on, they were a tad tight around the bridge of my foot, but these quickly
stretched and were quite comfortable. They fit true-to-size (I'm a size 7.5 which is supposedly the
most common shoe size in all of America for women).
3. I didn't want flat-flat soles, as I always feel like I'm falling over backwards wearing flats, so I liked
the 1? heel in these boots. I wore no show lace liner socks with the boots as it was hot out and I
didn't want to wear "real" socks, nor did I want to go sockless.
4. I also like my tall boots to be tight around my calves with no gaps, and these stood up for the
challenge. These Pink & Pepper boots have an elastic panel in the back to expand for a custom fit.
Pink & Pepper was a new name brand for me!
5. I wore my Pink & Pepper Zipit brown boots with a short print maxi dress from Gordman's and a
denim jacket from JCPenney.
6. No one was home to take my photo before the date, thus the full-length mirror pics. And I obviously
didn't want to ask my date to take pics!
Although my date complimented my boots, we have no plans to see each other again.
Buy your own Pink & Pepper Zipit boots here (also available in Black and Cognac; cognac boots are
still a hot trend). Then let me know if you have better luck wearing your new boots!
