2. 投資台灣論壇目的
基於積極吸引日本企業對台灣民間投資的目的，透過由台灣政府與大和證券
Capital Markets 共同主辦的方式來舉辦 “投資台灣論壇＂。
- 介紹台灣作為商業夥伴的魅力，尤其針對計畫跨入中國與東南亞市場，企圖擴
大商業版圖的日本企業，向其說明在簽訂ECFA後台灣市場日漸重要的戰略性魅
力。
- 表明台灣政府積極支援日本企業對台投資的決心。
- 透過希望與日本企業進行合作交流的台灣企業簡報，以及台日雙方企業的個別交
流，來訴求投資台灣的具體概念。
本論壇在東京與大阪兩大商業都市舉辦，分為研討會與日本企業參訪（One on
One Meeting）兩大主軸，期能達到最大的訴求效果。

根據今年4月媒體報導，以三菱重工為首的日本企業和印度各州的都市開發企業
