Candidate Responsibilities:
As Senior Analog Design Engineer within our Business Unit Automotive you are responsible for analog IC-design and subsystem design. This includes: - translation of customer- and functional requirements into blocklevel architectures - blocklevel and/or sub-system design specification incl. validation, test and EME/EMI concept - modeling on IP- and subsystem level - coaching of design implementation tasks - implementation of critical design blocks - specification of design verification (verification strategy, testbench setup, AMS verification) - testconcept definition for parametric and functional tests (production test and device diagnosis)
Candidate Profile:
You can provide a university degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Furthermore you have/ you are: - 5+ years of practical experience in analog and/or mixed signal integrated circuit design - expert knowledge on circuit design in CMOS process technologies - knowledge on circuit design in SOI technologies beneficial - solid analog modeling skills (VerilogA, AHDL or similar) - solid knowledge on device physics (incl. parasitics) - knowledge on requirements development - up to date with state of the art analog DfT concepts - solid English and willingness to learn German - ability and willingness to coach junior designers NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 50.000 gross.
