EVALUATE INDIVIDUALS WHEN THEY WORK AS
            PART OF A TEAM??
• Manager need to have the ability to see people as
  individuals as well as a team.
• They need to take time to focus in on each individual
  throughout the day.
• You can tell by body language, facial expressions, and
  the obvious amount of work completed, whether or
  not someone is focused, goal-oriented, and hard-
  working.
Performance Evaluation
• Human resource decision: they are the one
  that decide whether to give chances to
  improve or not
• Identify training & development needs
• Give the training need
• Provide feedback
• Reward allocation
Management Evaluate
• Performance reviews annually based on
  overall team performance
• Through their behavior:
how the employee functions as part of a team
by observing what each member contributes
  to the team.
